Reysko
A native iOS and Android app that tells riders when the bus is coming and guides them the whole way, hands free.
The challenge
Public-transit apps assume a rider who can watch a map. Riders who are blind, or simply carrying shopping in the sun with the phone in a pocket, needed live arrivals and step-by-step help that works without looking at the screen.
Our approach
We took Reysko from an installable web app to native apps for iOS and Android, designed screen-reader first. Live arrivals and address-to-address planning, spoken guidance that walks the rider to the stop, and a "tell me when my stop is coming" countdown that speaks and vibrates with the phone still pocketed. No ads, no account, no tracking.
The outcome
Reysko is live on the App Store and on Google Play, free and private, running in Sofia with Padova next.
An accessible transit app that speaks, vibrates and guides, so a rider can cross the city with the phone still in a pocket.
