Privacy policy

Updated

This policy explains how AsasWeb collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use this website. We keep data collection to the minimum needed, and we do not sell it.

Who we are

The data controller is Asas Web, based in Amman 11190, Jordan. For any privacy question, contact hello@asasweb.com.

What we collect

  • When you contact us through the project-brief form: your name, email address, and any details you choose to provide about your project. We use this only to respond to your enquiry and discuss working together.
  • Analytics: we use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics that do not track you across sites and do not store personal data. See our cookie notice.

We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not build profiles of visitors.

Why we are allowed to use it

For enquiries, our legal basis is your consent, which you give when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to potential clients. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting work, and then we delete it.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email hello@asasweb.com. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority.

Sharing and storage

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers that help us operate (for example, our hosting and email providers), under appropriate safeguards. Our hosting and the project-brief form are provided by Cloudflare, with spam protection by Cloudflare Turnstile.
