A global e-commerce marketplace that makes assistive technology easy to find, compare and buy.

The challenge

Assistive technology is scattered across hundreds of niche suppliers, with inconsistent information and shopping experiences that often exclude the very people they serve. Buyers had nowhere to discover, compare and purchase the right products with confidence.

Our approach

We designed and built a curated marketplace, "Technology for Every Ability", with accessible product discovery, side-by-side comparison, a software directory and a community section. Accessibility was treated as the core product requirement, not a finishing touch: keyboard-operable throughout, screen-reader friendly, and tested against WCAG 2.2 AA.

The outcome

A flagship marketplace that positions assistive technology as desirable, mainstream and easy to buy, and proves an accessible store can also be a beautiful, fast one.

All Access World is the agency’s flagship project: a global marketplace that treats assistive technology as mainstream, desirable and simple to buy. Every flow, discovery, comparison, checkout, was built to be operable by keyboard and screen reader, and verified against WCAG 2.2 AA.
